Reception & inspection
Your converter arrives, gets logged under its own case reference, and goes through a full visual and electrical check before it's powered up.
Diagnosis & quotation
We trace the fault to the rectifier, DC bus, IGBT stage or control board, and send a clear quote. Nothing gets repaired until you approve.
Repair, test & return
Once approved, we repair the unit and run it up to rated load before shipping it back with a full report.

Repair or replace?
Choose repair when

Get it to us the right way
- Photograph the nameplate, keypad and any visible damage before you pack it up.
- Note any fault code shown on the display when the unit last tripped.
- Write the case reference on both the unit and the box.
- Describe the input voltage, motor size, and when the fault happens.
- Use anti-static protection for control boards and pack it so it can't shift in transit.
When the fault only shows up in the cabinet
Some faults only appear under real load, wiring, or grounding conditions a bench test can't reproduce. When that's the case, we can send an engineer to you instead.
